Learning and implementing strong safety practices is crucial because they form the foundation of any effective well-being initiative. Organisations can prevent injuries and stress by ensuring a safe work environment, fostering a culture where employees feel valued and protected, and enhancing productivity and morale.

Gallup’s study highlights how a company treats employees and how employees interact, which can benefit the organisation or create potential risks. Gallup stressed that engaged employees consistently deliver better business results than their less engaged counterparts, regardless of industry, company size, nationality, or economic conditions.
